Quality and teamwork as a recipe for success

"I'm the same as the national coach: my team is only top when everyone works in harmony - and they've been doing that brilliantly for years," says Christoph Pech. Just as a stadium announcer announces the team line-up, the chef lists the names of his guarantors of success: Sandra Breier and Marvin Breitzke, who as "homegrowns" trained at the SportCentrum have already worked with Michelin-starred chefs Holger Stromberg, Björn Freitag or Anton Schmaus, JadrankaLokancevic, Domenica Kuhlmann, Ute Schulz and David Herber are the players in the Kaiserau kitchen ballet, which has cooked for everything from the Brazilian national team to Real Madrid.

And the outstanding achievements of the Kaiserau kitchen have not gone unnoticed by the German Football Association (DFB): For example, sous-chef David Seepe is regularly among the chefs of various national U teams and was also part of the national team's kitchen team at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
