Healthy culinary support for top performances

Performance-oriented athletes are exposed to high levels of stress. This makes a targeted diet with the right composition of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals and vitamins all the more important. In order to be able to provide the guests of the SportCentrum Kaiserau with an appropriate range of meals, the sports nutrition concept developed by res frumentaria in cooperation with the University of Fulda was implemented here.

The foods and dishes of the "Fitnessline" are presented simply and clearly at a buffet and visualized with the help of special color circles. Athletes can put together their meals individually from different components and, thanks to the colour circles, know exactly how to optimally support each training session with the help of a beneficial ratio of carbohydrates and proteins.

A concept that is not only excellently received by our guests: the Institut für Sporternährung e.V. (Institute for Sports Nutrition) in Bad Nauheim has certified the Kaiserau kitchen for "sports-oriented nutrition".
